Palm Springs
STAY:
Yara Hotel - This small boutique hotel offers a quiet and peaceful escape. The hotel rooms are simple and adorable. I think this hotel is the perfect place for those wanting to do a couples trip or just a mini girls weekend away. If you are looking for room service/full staff – look elsewhere but here is a great place to unplug. You can truly make yourself at home here. It is also extremely aesthetic !!
Trixie Motel - This “Motel” is inspired by drag persona Trixie Mattel. It’s hard to miss with its bright pink entrance and colorful décor. Each room has its own theme that you get to chose from when booking. I recommend booking in advance because it is very popular !! This hotel offers coffee and small snacks in the mornings with a poolside menu. It’s such a fun experience and would be super fun to have a bachelorette here ! I stayed in the Malibu Barbara room. So fun and cute.
Avalon Hotel & Bungalows Palm Springs - This hotel has the cutest layout. I loved that there were two pools on the property. It was so much fun to lay out and eat/drink in such an aesthetic scene. The staff was super kind as well. Really enjoyed my time here ! Also – you can stay here for the day with resort pass !
La Quinta Resort and Spa -
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel and the spa..the spa is truly an experience in itself and probably what I would suggest you do at the hotel regardless of if you are a guest or not. Staying at this hotel truly wasn’t my favorite. I thought the food and service was mediocre and I thought the rooms themselves were outdated – as well as the pool. However – the Spa – again is worth going to !
EAT:
Azucar Palm Springs -
I didn’t stay at this hotel but ended up eating dinner here. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was so much fun. An entire tequila wall, indoor and outdoor dining – all so much fun. Make a reservation here because wow it got busy !
Boozehounds - A fun bar. Burgers + Beer in a great scene.
Fruit Wonders - A great place for acai bowls, smoothies, etc. I get the matcha bowl every time and I love it so much !!
The Pink Cabana - Girls trip galore !!!! It’s so much fun to dress up in your colorful outfits and head here for some cocktails and appetizers. Dinner is great here too! Prepare yourself to want to take a lot of photos because it is so aesthetic !!
Café La jefa - Come here for morning lattes and matcha. Always a go to for me !
Birba -
This is my favorite spot in Palm Springs for dinner. The roasted cauliflower is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I love the atmostphere here. Its outdoor dining and its so much fun ! Reservations are your friend here. Dessert: Olive oil lemon cake.
The Thirsty Palms -
Walked in here for breakfast and it was great ! I was surrounded by two different Bachelorette parties ordering flights of mimosas – which looked so yummy ! The lattes were great too!
El Jefe Desert Cantina -
This restaurant is located inside of the Saguaro Hotel (hard to miss) – the entire hotel is rainbow colors! Tuesdays are taco tuedays and the margarita list was so great. It’s a good idea to order almost every taco on the menu and taste each one!
The Colony Palms Hotel - This hotel reminds me and looks so similar to The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. The beachy vibes at this hotel are so amazing. Striped green lounge chairs, green palm accent colors and delicious food !
