Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tan Nude™. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States using USPS.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tan Nude™ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Damages & Lost Packages

All orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail include $100 of insurance for lost, damaged, or missing shipments. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, you must file a claim directly with USPS.

  • For lost packages: Please check with USPS and your local post office first. If USPS confirms the package is lost, you may file a claim at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

  • For damaged packages: Please retain all packaging and take photos before filing a claim. If you need assistance, contact us at info@shoptannude.com.

Tan Nude™ is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

3. International Shipping Policy

At this time, Tan Nude™ does not offer international shipping.
