Where do you ship?
Currently only offering domestic shipping.
How soon will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
How do I care for my item?
In order to keep the hat in the best condition – please avoid folding/packing the item. Instead, wear it or place it somewhere safe!
Is my hat waterproof?
We do not recommend getting your hat soaked in water. However, a post ocean dip is a perfect time to throw on the hat! To keep your hat in the best condition, we like to say they are water resistant.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
All items are final sale. If you receive an item that appears damaged, please email help@shoptannude.com and provide your order number as well as an image of the damaged item. We will then send you a replacement item once approved.
